1) Overview
Jessie Liberty Coaching provides coaching services and digital support designed to help clients achieve results through consistent participation. Because coaching requires time, effort, and active implementation, refunds are limited and only available under the conditions below.
2) Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered if all of the following are true:
You have completed all required program check-ins during the refund evaluation period.
You have followed the coaching plan consistently for the agreed program duration (including assigned actions and required communications).
You can provide documentation of compliance (check-in history, submitted progress updates, and completed assigned tasks).
Despite full compliance, you have not achieved measurable progress as defined in your program goals.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the request will be denied.
3) Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for any of the following:
Missed, skipped, or incomplete check-ins
Not following the plan, guidance, or assigned tasks
Personal scheduling conflicts, relocation, financial changes, or loss of interest
Failure to communicate in a timely manner with the coaching team
Change of mind after purchase
Results not achieved due to non-compliance
4) Cancellations & Installment Plans
Coaching services begin once payment is processed.
If you are enrolled in an installment plan, payments will continue as scheduled unless a refund is approved in writing under this policy.

5) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
Your full name
The email/phone used at purchase
The program purchased and purchase date
A brief explanation of your request
Any supporting documentation (check-ins, submitted progress, task completion)
6) Review & Processing Timeline
We will respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
